All appointments booked online or via phone are confirmed through call, message, or email. Please ensure you arrive on time to avoid rescheduling.

2. Product Deliveries

For salon products purchased online or at our store:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery within Delhi NCR usually takes 3–5 working days.
  • Deliveries outside Delhi NCR may take 5–10 working days depending on location and courier availability.

3. Delivery Charges

We may apply standard delivery charges based on your order value and delivery location. Any applicable shipping fees will be shown during checkout.

4. Delivery Partners

Emporio Salon uses trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of all products. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen courier or weather-related issues.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link or reference number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your product is received damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your case and arrange a suitable resolution.
