Salon Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you fail to turn up for your appointment, will result in a ₹500 fee per service. For example, missing a Haircut & Colour service will result in a ₹1000 fee being charged, unless exceptional circumstances apply.

Emporio Salon Academy Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an appointment at our Academy, we request at least 48 hours’ notice. Any cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will incur a ₹300 fee per session. For example, missing two sessions will result in a ₹600 fee.

Services Refund and Hair Correction Policy

Our aim is to provide an exceptional client experience and maintain the highest standards.

If you have any concerns about your appointment, please contact the salon or our client care team via our Contact Us page within 7 days of your visit.

We will arrange for you to return to the salon within 7 days for a complimentary adjustment, review, or assessment by one of our experts. If after this assessment we agree that the service or outcome does not meet the expected standard, we will provide a complimentary service to correct it.

Products Refund Policy

If you wish to return a product purchased from Emporio Salon, we may offer an exchange or replacement within 7 days of purchase, provided it has minimal usage and has been used according to instructions.

If products are proven faulty within 30 days of purchase, we will replace the product or provide a refund. All returns require proof of purchase.

Allergy Alert Test Policy

You can schedule a 48-hour Allergy Alert Test at our salon by booking a Colour Consultation online or contacting the Salon directly. Consultation questions help determine whether it is safe to apply colour and if a test is required. We also ask consultation questions before every colour appointment.

If an Allergy Alert Test is required, it must be conducted at least 48 hours before your colour appointment. The test remains valid for 6 months if there are no changes in your consultation answers.

Fringe Trim Policy

We understand that fringes grow quickly! That’s why Emporio Salon offers one complimentary fringe trim between haircuts. This can be redeemed up to 5 weeks after your last cut & finish. Please call ahead to ensure your preferred stylist is available, or walk in with a short wait. We can only trim fringes previously cut by your stylist at your last service.
