1. Service Appointments
- Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charge.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a nominal charge or forfeit of booking advance.
- In case of salon delay or unavoidable circumstances, we will reschedule your appointment at no extra cost.
2. Product Purchases
- Products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.
- To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos or details.
3. Refund Process
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval. Refunds are made to the original mode of payment.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Opened or used beauty products.
- Customized salon services once completed.
- Gift cards, coupons, or promotional vouchers.
